You already made the course. It is sitting there not making money
You have recorded the trainings. The workshops happened. The lessons are sitting in a folder or inside a community platform where a handful of people watched them once. And the next thing on your list is to build something new. That is usually the wrong move, and it is wrong for a boring reason: nothing is stopping someone from buying what you already made except that there is no way to buy it. ## The thing that was actually missing Antoinette had multiple courses already built inside her School community. The content was finished. The material was good enough that people had already paid to be near it. What she did not have was a page where a stranger could pay for it. That is not a content problem. That is a checkout problem wearing a content problem's clothes. ## What we actually built Nothing new. We took the course content she already had and packaged it as the Deed & Dirt Course Bundle. Three pieces: - A landing page - One call to action on it - One product added to the system so a card could be charged Setup took under 30 minutes. It is not an impressive build. That is the point of including the number. If it had taken three weeks it would have been the same story with a worse ending, because she would have talked herself out of it in week two. ## What happened when she told people She went on TikTok and announced a Black Friday offer. She said what the course was, what it normally cost, that it was $697, and that it would be live for 12 hours. Two bundles sold inside that window. $697 + $697. Then the offer closed. ## The part I will not oversell Two sales. Just over $1,000. That is a good afternoon, not a business model, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you something. What it proves is narrower and more useful: the content was sellable the whole time. The gap between "she owns a course" and "someone paid for the course" was a page and a product record. Everything she believed she needed to build first, the new program, the better version, the full funnel, turned out to be optional. The 12-hour window did real work here. She had an existing audience who knew her, and a deadline gave them a reason to decide today instead of never. If you have no audience, a landing page on its own will not do this, and you should fix that first. ## What to check on your own stuff Go look at what you have already recorded. For each thing, ask one question: if somebody wanted to buy this in the next ten minutes, could they? If the answer is no, you do not have a content backlog. You have inventory nobody can reach.

Your funnel looks good and nobody books
You paid for the design, the traffic is arriving, and the calendar stays empty. Usually it is not the tool or the traffic. It is that the page never says who it is for or what happens next.
Seven people bought. Two of them became $7,500 clients.
A five-day challenge sold seven VIP seats at $297. Two of those seven signed $7,500 coaching packages with $2,000 down. Here is what the small number was actually telling us.

The wall between a good month and a repeatable one is structural, not personal. Five places the business leaks revenue, and why working harder stops fixing any of them.

You do not need to know what to ask for.
