Build the path where someone signs up, pays and books a call without you touching it. Five steps in GoHighLevel, and the part that usually breaks.

## The situation

Someone lands on your offer page on a Saturday night. They want to buy. What happens next depends on whether you are awake.

If the answer is "they email me and I reply Monday", you already know how that ends. You have had that lead before. You just never counted them, because a lead that never replies leaves no record.

This is the build for the other version: they sign up, answer your qualifying questions, pay, and book a call. And you read about it in the morning.

## What you are actually building

Four things, joined in one line:

Offer page → survey → payment → booked call.

Nothing clever. The reason it usually is not built is not difficulty, it is that each piece lives in a different place and nobody ever connected them.

## Set it up

This is in GoHighLevel. We call it The Engine internally; the menu paths below are the standard ones.

**1. Create the site.** Sites → Websites → Create New Website. One page is enough. Do not design it yet.

**2. Add the offer page.** This is the page the signup button lives on. One button. If there is a second button, a newsletter, a "learn more", a chat widget that opens itself, the path forks and some of your buyers take the wrong fork.

**3. Build the survey.** Drag and drop, three steps:

- Basic info: name, email, phone. - Qualifying details: the two or three questions that tell you whether you can actually help them. Ask what you would ask on the call. - Payment: collected in the final step, inside the same survey.

**4. Integrate.** Link the survey to the signup button, and set the post-submit redirect to your calendar. That redirect is the join. Miss it and you have collected money from someone who now has no idea what happens next.

**5. Test it as a stranger.** Not logged in. Different browser. Click Sign Up, fill it in, pay a real small amount, book the slot. Then check: did the payment land, did the contact appear, did the booking land on the right calendar, did the confirmation email arrive.

## The part that breaks

Payment inside a multi-step survey is where this fails most often, and it fails quietly. The form submits, the contact is created, the charge never completes. You do not find out from an error. You find out from a contact record with no payment attached to it.

So test the payment step on its own, with real card details, before you send traffic anywhere near it. And test what happens when someone abandons at the payment step, because that person is a lead you can still call.

## The honest limit

This does not qualify anyone. It collects answers. If your questions are vague, you will now take badly-fit calls faster than before, which is worse than taking them slowly.

It also does not replace the call. It replaces the four days of back-and-forth before the call.

## Why it is worth the afternoon

Every step between wanting to buy and being able to buy is a place where someone gets distracted and does not come back. You are not adding automation for its own sake. You are removing the step where the whole thing waits on you being at your desk.

Build it once. Then the Saturday night version of your business works the same as the Tuesday morning version.

Would rather we just did it?

Send it over as a fuel request and our team will take it from here, or book a call and we will walk it with you.
